How Support Works

Four steps from problem to resolved.

You stay informed at every step and decide what happens on your device.

01

Describe the problem

Tell us what is happening and what you've already tried. Share only what's needed. Never include passwords or codes.

02

Connect with a support representative

A representative reviews your request and agrees the lightest way to help, from written steps up to a remote session you approve.

03

Follow the troubleshooting guidance

Work through clear steps at your own pace. We explain what each step does and why it helps.

04

Confirm the issue is resolved

Check that everything works, close any session and get simple next steps to help stop it happening again.
